Admission Procedure Guidelines

Kanazawa University Admission procedures are carried out through the admission procedure system on the website.
Please check the admission procedures posted on the website and proceed with the procedures. Please note that the admission procedure guidelines will not be sent in paper form (booklet).
The admission procedure cannot be completed simply by registering in the admission procedure system and paying the admission fee. It is necessary to mail (express delivery, simple registered mail) or bring in the necessary documents so that they arrive within the admission procedure period. Please note that some selections do not allow you to bring in your own admissions, so please check the admission procedure guidelines.
Kanazawa University admission procedure are carried out through the admission procedure system on our website.

The admission procedure period differs depending on the selection category. For details, please refer to the admission procedure guideline. Applicants who do not complete the admission procedures within the application period will be considered to have declined admission.
Please note that the admission fee is not refundable under any circumstances after the admission procedures have been completed.

Common inquiries, etc. regarding to the Admission Procedure System

1.I want to change registered information.
→You can change the registered information if you have not confirmed the registration yet. Please note that it cannot be changed once it is confirmed.

2.I cannot download documents to be submitted.
→If you complete "Registration of student information", "Upload of ID photo", " Payment of admission fee", you can download them.

3.Regarding to the kanji of my name, I used alternative kanji at the time of application, but how should I do during the admission procedure?
→You can use some kanji that you could not use at the time of application, so please use the kanji listed in your family register. If you cannot find your kanji, please use alternative one again.

4.I’m worried whether my admission procedure is completed or not.
→After confirming your documents to be submitted, we will send procedure completion e-mail to the e-mail address registered in “Registration of student information”. Please register your own e-mail address in “Registration of student information”.

　修学支援新制度（入学料・授業料減免，給付奨学金）について　※主として日本人学生が対象です。
→本学Webサイト「修学支援新制度（修学支援新制度（学域・総合教育部対象）」で必要な手続等を必ず確認し，申請の有無等を「学籍関連情報登録」で選択してください。「高校で予約採用申込済」の該当者は，給付型奨学金予約採用候補者のみです（貸与型奨学金予約採用候補者は対象外です）。
また，申請する場合は「入学料減免及び徴収猶予確認書」をダウンロードし，必要な提出書類を確認してください。
→編入学者において，修学支援新制度の既認定者は以下のとおり対応したうえで，必要書類を提出してください。
　※必要書類は，こちらの「既認定者」の項目を確認してください。
　○編入学前の学校で，修学支援新制度にて入学料免除を受けている場合
　　・入学料を納入してください（入学手続システムの「学籍関連情報登録」では，修学支援新制度を「申請しない」で登録してください。システム上，このように登録する必要がありますが，必要書類の提出で授業料減免及び給付奨学金の継続手続を行います）。
　○編入学前の学校で修学支援新制度にて入学料免除を受けていない場合
　　・入学料を納入しないでください（入学手続システムの「学籍関連情報登録」では，修学支援新制度を「高校で予約採用申込済」で登録してください）。
