モンゴル国立医科大学副学長が来学

　12月7日，モンゴル国立医科大学(MNUMS)のグンチン・バトバータル副学長が来学し，和田隆志学長を表敬訪問しました。
　懇談では，主に両大学におけるさらなる連携強化・協力について，いくつかの具体案を協議しました。
　また，バトバータル副学長からは，MNUMS内に金沢大学オフィスを設置する提案があり，和田学長宛てに招聘状が手渡されました。
　和田学長は，招聘に対し快諾するととともに，両大学の懸け橋とすべく，既卒・在学モンゴル人留学生らによる同窓会発足について提案しました。
　さらに，国費外国人留学生制度の活用についても触れながら，今後，一層の協力体制を構築していく考えを示しました。

　On December 7, Prof. Gunchin Batbaatar, Vice President of Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (MNUMS), paid a courtesy visit to President Takashi Wada.
　During the courtesy call, the two parties primarily discussed further collaboration and cooperation between the two universities, and several specific proposals were presented.
　Vice President Batbaatar, who brought a letter of invitation from MNUMS to President Wada, proposed the establishment of a Kanazawa University office within MNUMS.
　President Wada, along with his willingness to accept the invitation request, proposed the launching of an alumni association of former and current Mongolian students to serve as a bridge between the two universities.
　They also discussed the Government Scholarship Program for International Students, and confirmed their further collaboration in the future.
