From July 31 to August 14, Kanazawa University held the Summer Web Campus Visit for high school students, prospective applicants to the University and their families, and school officials.
On August 7 and 8, each academic program streamed a variety of real‑time events, including mock lectures and round‑table discussions, attracting a total of 3,100 participants nationwide. In a program where Kanazawa University students answered questions from participants, attendees were able to hear students’ real experiences, providing an opportunity to feel university life more closely and deepen their understanding of learning and student life at Kanazawa University.
By taking advantage of the unique characteristics of online delivery, the Summer Web Campus Visit served as an opportunity to widely communicate the appeal of Kanazawa University to high school students across Japan.
