On April 7 and 8, a two-day training course for new employees of national university corporations in the Hokuriku region was held, with 87 participants from 6 institutions (including 62 online participants).

First, Shigemasa Hara - Head of General Affairs Department of Kanazawa University gave a lecture titled "As an employee of a national university corporation" in which he talked about the university's functions and issues, and the role of employees. . After that, a second-year staff member gave advice based on his experience as a senior staff member in the Senior Staff Lecture. In addition,Assistant Professor Rika Horii of Health Service Center and Public Health Nurse Chikako Taka, gave lectures on the theme of "Health Care" on the connection between working and health care, mental health and stress mechanisms, and other topics to improve their lives.

In addition, Lecturer Yuko Nagao from Kansai Ladies Corporation Ltd. gave a lecture on the basics of business manners and improving communication skills in the workplace, and also conducted group practice sessions. They also built a network that transcended institutional barriers.
