On March 20, 2026, the Kanazawa Kagekiza hosted the Academic Year 2025 Kanazawa University Academic Degree and Certificate Conferral Ceremony, where 1,727 graduates and 773 students completing their programs, totaling 2,500 students, received their diplomas or certificates of completion.
At the ceremony, President Takashi Wada encouraged the graduates and completing students to continue growing as individuals, to face challenges without fear, and to keep learning throughout their lives.
In addition, 15 students who achieved outstanding results in academics or sports were commended and presented with plaques by President Wada.
