7月27日，トビタテ！留学JAPAN日本代表プログラムでこれから留学に出発する学生（以下トビタテ生）および派遣留学生の壮行会と，同プログラムの留学経験者との交流会を兼ねて，「平成28年度トビタテ生と派遣留学生を囲む会」を開催しました。
山崎光悦学長からのあいさつの後，トビタテ生および派遣留学生など19名と本学の教職員14名，計33名が交流を深めました。交流会では，これから留学に出発する学生からは留学への意気込み，留学経験者からは留学経験の還元への意欲が語られ，本学の今後の国際交流の発展に向けて，大変有意義な会となりました。
On July 27, the send-off party and the networking event took place at Sumire-tei, a restaurant in Kanazawa University (KU), for the students of the TOBITATE! Young Ambassador Program and the outbound exchange students of Kanazawa University.
After the opening speech from President Koetsu Yamazaki, 19 students of TOBITATE! Young Ambassador Program and the outbound exchange students and 14 faculty and staff members enjoyed conversation. At the event, students who will go study abroad this year shared their aspirations and those who have a completed their study abroad talked about making contributions based on their experiences. It was an extremely meaningful event to further promote international exchange at the university.
