11月4日，インドネシア・スラバヤ国立大学からワルソノ学長ほか1名と，本学の大学間国際交流協定校スマラン国立大学からスケスチヤルノ協定担当副学長が来学しました。これは本学との協定締結に向けた意見交換および理工研究域自然システム学系の高橋憲司教授との研究交流を目的としたもの。
一行は山崎光悦学長を訪問し，スラバヤ国立大学との国際交流協定の締結やスマラン国立大学との今後のさらなる交流について積極的に意見を交わしました。
On November 4, Rector Warsono and 1 delegate from Surabaya State University and Vice Rector for Collaboration Sukestiyarno from Semarang State University visited Kanazawa University. The purpose of the visit was to exchange opinions about the partnership and research exchanges with Professor Kenji Takahashi of the Faculty of Natural System, Institute of Science and Engineering.
The delegates paid a courtesy visit to President Koetsu Yamazaki, and a lively discussion took place on the possibility of partnership with Surabaya State University and further collaboration with Semarang State University.
