ジーゲン大学副学長が来学
Vice President of the University of Siegen Visits Kanazawa University

5月12日，本学の大学間国際交流協定校であるドイツのジーゲン大学から，ピーター・ハリン・ボリヴァー教育・研究担当副学長が来学し，山崎学長を表敬訪問しました。

表敬訪問に先立ち，ボリヴァー副学長は，がん進展制御研究所及び理工研究域の研究室の視察を行い，今後の交流充実に向けたよい機会となりました。

On May 12, Professor Peter Haring Bolivar, Pro-rector (Vice President) in charge of Research and Future Academics of the University of Siegen, our partner institution in Germany, paid a courtesy visit to President Yamazaki. This visit was in return for the recent visit by President Yamazaki to Siegen this February.

Professor Bolivar participated in research discussion with the members of our Cancer Research Institute and the Institute of Science and Engineering, and observed the research labs. It was a meaningful opportunity to promote further exchanges for both parties.
