※ ここで，「在籍者」とは，2026年2月現在，対象課程の正規生として本学に在籍し，引続き2026年4月以降も在籍する者をいいます。2026年2月現在，本学に在籍していても，3月までに卒業，修了，退学，除籍等の上，2026年4月に本学へ入学（学内進学を含む。）する者は，「2026年4月入学者」として扱いますので，上記該当するリンクを確認してください。「在籍者」として申請し，3月までに卒業等した場合は，「辞退」とみなしますので，注意してください。

※ In this context, the term ‘Current students’ refers to those who, as of February 2026, are formally enrolled as regular students in the relevant program at this university and will continue their enrollment beyond April 2026.
Even if a student is enrolled at this university as of February 2026, those who will graduate, complete their program, withdraw, or otherwise leave the university by March and then enroll (including internal progression) in April 2026 will be classified as ‘Students admitted in April 2026′. Please check the relevant link above.
Please note that if a student applies as a ‘current student’ but graduates or otherwise leave the university by March, the application will be regarded as a withdrawal. Please take note of this.

Reduction or exemption of NHK reception fees (exemption for students living in separate residences, such as scholarship recipients)

Students who live away from their parents, etc. and are eligible for the University's tuition waiver system may be eligible for a reduction or exemption of the reception fee.
For details, please refer to the NHK website (click on the banner "For Students" 「学生のみなさまへ」under "Discounts, Exemptions, and Cancellation Procedures"「割引・免除・解約のお手続き」).
Please note that we cannot issue individual certificates of tuition fee reduction or exemption in order to apply for this system.
Please make your own arrangements by printing out the tuition fee waiver result notification (message on the Acanthus Portal) from the University.
