Kanazawa University Original sake "KOKOROZASHI" new sake developed in collaboration with  NOGUCHI NAOHIKO SAKE INSTITUTE  released

Kanazawa University Since January 2024, Kanazawa University has been developing an original sake "Shi" with students in collaboration with NOGUCHI NAOHIKO SAKE INSTITUTE Inc.
