Event Details
As population decline and demographic aging continue to advance, local communities are increasingly required not only to maintain existing lifestyles and systems but also to reconsider the very nature of their communities.
This seminar will introduce the concept of community design, through which residents take the lead in identifying local challenges and creating new value by leveraging regional resources and human connections. Through practical case studies from local communities, participants will explore sustainable urban development and the future of communities in an era of population decline.
