Exchange Meeting between Doctoral Students and Companies

Event Details

Kanazawa University Strategic Project for Development of Doctoral Students and Research Promotion (HaKaSe⁺) and Career Support Office, Educational and Student Affairs Department, Kanazawa University will host a networking event for doctoral students and companies.

This event provides an opportunity to meet companies and research institutions seeking doctoral-level talent. Many companies and research institutions that highly value not only specialized expertise but also the abilities cultivated in doctoral programs will participate.

Participants will learn about corporate recruitment needs and the qualities companies seek, and will also be able to present posters to showcase their research capabilities to companies and research institutions. Expand your career possibilities after completing your doctoral degree.

13:30 Opening / Opening Seminar
13:50 Self-introductions by participating companies
15:20 Student poster presentations (*1)
16:30 Round-table discussions divided by company (20 minutes × 4 sessions)
18:00 Closing (*2)

(*1) Poster presenters are strongly encouraged to participate in the “Workshop on Enhancing Research Presentation Skills and Creating Posters” held on Friday, September 18, 2026, and receive poster review guidance. Details are available here.
(*2) Optional free networking is planned after the closing.
