Event Details
As part of the 2026 Japan–EU Friendship Week, the Kanazawa University Library will host an EU Café session.
The event will feature talks by Lecturer Konstantin Plett (Faculty of Foreign Language Studies, Institute of Liberal Arts and Science) and Professor Hideki Sato (Faculty of Economics and Management, Institute of Human and Social Sciences). They will discuss topics related to Germany and the EU, focusing on the history of Japanese companies in Europe.Mr. Plett is a graduate of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, and participants interested in studying abroad will have an opportunity to ask questions during the talk session in the latter half of the program.
Enjoy a relaxed café-style discussion over a cup of coffee.
