Event Details

A joint symposium will be held on March 2 (Mon.) and 3 (Tue.), 2026 at Kanazawa University to deepen and expand graduate level educational and research exchanges among Kanazawa University, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), and the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), and to establish a sustainable framework for continued collaboration. We warmly encourage your participation.

■Additional Information
2016: JAIST and NCKU concluded an intercollegiate academic exchange agreement.
Since 2017: Kanazawa University and JAIST have jointly operated the “Cooperative Major in Advanced Science and Technology” within the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences Initiative.
2019: Kanazawa University and NCKU concluded an intercollegiate academic exchange agreement (upgraded from a departmental level agreement).
September 27–28, 2024: Kanazawa University and JAIST jointly held the Three University Joint Workshop: Leading-Edge Technologies and Ingenuities at NCKU. Participants included Prof. Ishijima (Kanazawa University), Prof. Hideyuki Murata (JAIST), and Prof. Uehara, Dean of JAIST.
