Event Details
Kanazawa University Museum is holding a special exhibition entitled "DX+ization of Historical Material Exhibits: A New Approach to 'Cooperative Exhibitions' Using 3D Techniques" This exhibition is co-hosted by the Kanazawa University Museum and the Fourth Higher School Materials Digitization Group (Principal Investigator: Associate Professor Yoshihiro Takata Emerging Media Initiative,Kanazawa University; Cooperation: AMANE LLC).
This exhibition combines actual materials from the predecessor schools of Kanazawa University with 3D contents and replicas created by photogrammetry to focus on the various values of the materials. the Fourth Higher School is called a "cooperative exhibition" by the Material Digitization Group. This is an attempt to rediscover the charm of actual materials by converting their shapes, which are usually kept in display cases and cannot be touched, into 3D contents and replicas.
We are looking forward your visit!
