Event Details
Kanazawa University Institute for Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion In order to deepen understanding of diversity within the university and to expand better connections, the "Diversity Forum" invites guests and holds events where faculty, staff, and students can casually interact with each other.
Our guest this time is Professor Yukiko Nakagawa, Graduate School of Business Administration, Aoyama Gakuin University.
Professor Nakagawa has been active in corporate human resources for more than 25 years and has extensive experience as an outside director of a company listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. In addition to her perspective on diversity promotion rooted in her practical experience, she has accumulated a diverse career, including leadership skills cultivated through her work with animal welfare NPOs.
The content will be helpful not only for faculty and staff interested in organizational development and human resource development, but also for students who want to think about "how to work in the future," including overseas work. We look forward to your participation.
