2022.3.10 本給付金の三次募集を実施します（3/10（木）～3/16（水）正午）。
新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大による影響で，世帯収入・アルバイト収入の減少により大学等での修学の継続が困難になっている学生等が修学をあきらめることがないよう，現金を支給する事業「学生等の学びを継続するための緊急給付金」を実施します。
We herewith inform about the national benefit system, the “Student Emergency Aid for Continuance of Studies” for those who have a difficulty in continuation of study in a university provided that they are independent of their families (ex. parents) and are making a living with an income from their part-time job due to the spread of COVID-19 infection.

10万円（1回限り）／ 100,000 JPY (One time only)
支給対象者の要件／Requirements for recipients
申請の手引き4ページ目を確認してください。大学ごとに推薦枠が定められているため，要件を満たしても必ず給付金を受給できるものではありません。

Please check the 4th page on Application Guideline. Because the recommendation limit is set for each university, so not all the applicants can receive the payment even if they meet all requirements.

注意／Caution
１．本給付金の振込先口座は学生本人の名義で日本国内のものに限るため，渡日前の留学生など国内の金融機関口座を持たない者は申請できません。
２．申請にはWebClassを使用します。紙媒体での申請は原則認めません。
３．申請期間（3/10（木）～3/16（水）正午）内にWebClassの入力を完了しない者は審査対象とせず申請を却下します。
４．今後，更なる募集はしませんので，希望者は必ず今回の二次募集に申請してください。
５．一次及び二次募集で給付金を受給した者が再度申請することはできません。
６．一次及び二次募集において書類不備等で申請却下となった学生は再申請を認めます。
1. The payee’s account for this benefit must be the student’s own account in Japan. Therefore, those who do not have a Japanese bank account, such as international students who have not yet entered Japan, cannot apply for it.
2. For application, you need to use WebClass. Applications in paper form will not be accepted in principle.
3. Applications which have not been completed within the above period will be rejected.
4. There is no next recruitment so please be sure to apply for this secondary recruitment if you want benefit.
5. Students who received the benefit in the 1st & 2nd recruitment cannot apply for the 3rd recruitment.
6. Students whose application is rejected due to incomplete documents in the 1st & 2nd recruitment can apply for the 3rd recruitment.
２．申請方法／Application Method
申請はWebClassを使用したインターネット入力により行います（昨年度の給付金と異なりLINEは使用しません）。
以下の手順で申請入力してください。
なお，申請内容に基づき審査のうえ給付対象者を決定するため，申請しても必ず給付されるとは限りません。
For application, you need to use WebClass. Please follow steps below to application.
Since the recipients of benefits are determined based on the examination, the benefits will be not paid to all applicants.

（１）申請入力の前にあらかじめ「質問票」で必要な情報や書類を確認してください。

よくある質問／FAQ
Q. 給付型奨学金のみで生計を立てている学生は独立生計者にあたりますか？
A. 給付型奨学金や学振DCの研究奨励金で生計を立てており，父母等から学費等の支援を受けていない場合は独立生計者として申請してかまいません。
Q. 独立生計者は「令和３年度 学生等の学びを継続するための緊急給付金の審査にかかる申立書（金大様式１）」を申請者本人が作成しますが，父母等の署名・押印が必要ですか？
A. 独立生計者が金大様式１を作成する場合，父母等の署名・押印は不要です。
Q. 独立生計者として申請するメリット・デメリットは何ですか？
A. 独立生計者として申請することがただちに審査に有利・不利となるものではありません。
通常の申請者との違いは，独立生計者は「令和３年度 学生等の学びを継続するための緊急給付金の審査にかかる申立書（金大様式１）」を申請者本人が記入（父母等の署名・押印不要）する点です。
