“Research Highlight” on Nature Index of this month

The Nature Index, which tracks the affiliations of highest-quality scientific articles and presents research outputs by institution and country, introduces a scientific article by Kanazawa University researchers each month as a “Research Highlight.” The article is selected by the editorial team of Springer Nature.

In January,2021, a research by the research group led by Professor Yano Seiji from Cancer Research Institute and Nano Life Science Institute (WPI-NanoLSI) entitled ❝How some lung cancer cells develop drug resistance❞ is introduced.

 In addition, In February,2021, a research by the research group led by Professor WONG, Richard W. from Nano Life Science Institute (WPI-NanoLSI) and Institute for Frontier Science Initiative entitled ❝Shape-changing protein could be the key to flu infection❞ is introduced.
