Faculty Members of Saint Petersburg State Medical University and Moscow State University Speak at the “Inter-University Exchange Project: Russia Special Lectures”

On March 1, Professor Mikhail I. Zarayskiy of First Saint Petersburg State Medical University named after I. P. Pavlov and Professor Sergei Nedospasov of Moscow State University visited Kanazawa University as the invited speakers of “Inter-University Exchange Project: Russia Special Lectures” hosted by KU. The purpose of the lectures was to promote research exchanges between the Russian partner institutions and KU, and the experts in oncology and immunology from Saint Petersburg State Medical University and Moscow State University were invited to speak. Approximately 60 persons participated, and active questions and answers took place after each lecture.

Also on the same day, the professors paid a courtesy visit to President Koetsu Yamazaki, and a friendly discussion took place on the topics of further exchanges with KU and the similarities and differences between university education in Russia and Japan.
