　9月11日に,　「サブ・サハラ・アフリカ地域における学校運営改善Ⅱ」コース研修員が，本学学長を表敬しました。
　中村学長が歓迎の挨拶を述べ，また大学の概要について説明を行ったのち，研修員から質問等がなされ，懇談が行われました。
　このプログラムは金沢大学人間社会研究域学校教育系の田邊教授がコースリーダーとなり，アフリカ4カ国(エチオピア，ガーナ，マラウィ，ザンビア)からの参加者12名が，9月11日から10月15日までの約1ヶ月間，金沢大学を拠点としながら効果的な学校運営等についての認識を深めるために研修を行っています。

On Friday, September 11th, the participants of the program “Improvement of School Management in Sub-Saharan Africa Ⅱ”, visited to meet with the President of Kanazawa University.
After President Nakamura made a welcome speech and gave an overview of the university, each participant had time to ask questions or make comments to the president.
This program is implemented by a course leader, Prof. Tanabe of the Faculty of Teacher Education, Institution of Human and Social Sciences at Kanazawa University. Twelve participants from four countries, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, and Zambia are scheduled to attend lectures at Kanazawa University and visit other institutions for about one month from Sep. 11th to Oct. 15th, 2009 to learn effective school management.
