2011 Kanazawa University and Graduate schools Entrance Ceremony
Although the Tohoku district-off the Pacific Ocean Earthquake struck north-eastern Japan on March 11, Kanazawa has not been affected due to the distance from the areas. The entrance ceremony will be held as planned. Please feel secure and attend it.

1. FREE RESERVED BUS (direct one way bus)
This service is FREE. Direct reserved bus services operate from Nyoraiji-mae bus stop on Takaramachi / Tsuruma campus to Ishikawa General Sports Center. There may be cases where you can’t get on the buses due to the limited capacity. They only stop at the bus stops listed below. The service run one way from Kanazawa University to Ishikawa General Sports center. We recommend that you take public buses written in the article 2 on the way back.
2. (EXTRA) PUBLIC BUS
Paid extra public bus services operate between Kanazawa Station and Wakahino bus stop at Ishikawa General Sports Center.
These buses are available (Direct buses charge \400) There may be cases where you can’t get on the buses due to the limited capacity There are three more direct buses going from Kanazawa Station West Exit to Ishikawa General Sports Center and six more direct buses running on the way back. There are four more buses going from Ishikawa General Sports Center to Kanazawa Station East Exit via Katamachi, Korinbo and Musashigatsuji. Here is a time table below:
3. BY CAR
If you come by car, park the car at the Seibu-Ryokuchi Park parking lot.
The parking lots at Ishikawa General Sports Center are available only for the use of public users, authorized people and related parties of Kanazawa University. We would like to ask that the students and the families use parking area No.4 and No.6 within Seibu-Ryokuchi Park.
Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of trouble and accidents happening within the parking lots.
Of course, don’t drink and drive. We recommend that you come to the venue earlier to avoid traffic jams.
